An individual transaction exists for all Line Items created and all Credits applied against these line items. A credit can be a Payment, Transfer, Discount/Exemption, Refund, Void or Write Off.
The Transaction Lists will print all transactions based on your selections and has sorting and filtering options to refine what you are looking for.
CREATE A LINE ITEM TRANSACTION LIST (Invoices created)
1. Navigate to the Administration menu. If you have a wide-screen device this will already be visible on the left-hand side of your screen. If not, click on the Administration menu icon at the top left-hand side of your screen.
2. Under the heading Administration click on Finance
3. Click TRANSACTION REPORTING
4. Enter the date range that you wish to view your Line Items transactions for
5. Click LINE ITEM DETAIL REPORT
6. Sort your list by clicking the arrow beside the column heading. The arrow will only appear when the cursor is placed on the heading name. Click again to sort in the opposite direction.
Filter your list if you wish to see a subset of your Line Items. The blank area below the column heading is a filter field.
7. Your list can be downloaded as a .csv file, an Excel file or Printed directly. Choose from the buttons above the list.

5. Leave the type as Payments or .........
click the arrow to select a different type.
5. Click TRANSACTION LIST
