At each step of the reporting process you are able to either revert back to the previous state for editing, or void it to start again. The below steps outline these processes.
- REVERT FROM 'READY TO REVIEW' TO 'IN PROCESS (DRAFT)'
- REVERT FROM 'READY TO PUBLISH' TO 'READY TO REVIEW'
- REVERT FROM 'PUBLISHED' TO 'IN PROCESS (DRAFT)''
REVERT FROM 'READY TO REVIEW' TO 'IN PROCESS (DRAFT)'
This is done individually from the student's report history by a School Hero Administrator.

Navigate to the student’s report history from the Browse Groups area of the Reporting Hub. Click on the class or group that contains the student

Click the arrow next to View all students

Select the student

Locate the correct report in the report history and click Send back to draft

Click YES, SEND BACK to confirm
- The report will now be edited through the group report editor as in this help article - Writing Reports
REVERT FROM 'READY TO PUBLISH' TO 'READY TO REVIEW'

Navigate to the Reporting hub on the left of your screen
- Click on the class or group with the reports you want to revert

Scroll to the report and click Publish reports

Click Move back to Ready to Review
This will send the selected reports back to the Review stage.
- If reports that are ready to publish were written with an older version of the report template, this will be displayed here. When you click Move back to Ready to Review, you have the option to revert them to review with the updated template, or not.
- Click Update and move back all selected reports.
To keep reports on the old version of the template as ready to publish, select Move back selected current version reports only.

Navigate to the student’s report history from the Browse Groups area of the Reporting Hub. Click on the class or group that contains the student

Click the arrow next to View all students

Select the student

Click VIEW on the published report

Click Void and edit

Click Void and edit to confirm
- You will be take back to the report editor for this report to make your changes, review and re-publish.
