Hero allows schools to customise an online environment that enables families to view and share content any time, anywhere on any device. Learning posts combined with syllabus information and goal-setting will form an online report that is designed to build year-on-year.
Caregivers can view this continuous learning summary via the caregiver app by clicking on Home followed by the profile photo of their child. They are also able to navigate to the menu to view their child's learning summary for the current year.
Caregivers often find it necessary to view or download a previous year's report.
VIEWING AND DOWNLOADING A PREVIOUS REPORT
- If using the app on a mobile device, click the Menu icon. If using a desktop or laptop, the menu will be on the left side of the screen.
2. Click the Dropdown arrow beside the child you wish to view the report for.
3. Click BI-ANNUAL or SEMESTER REPORTS (it will be one or the other)
4. You will see a list of previously created reports that have been made available to caregivers.
5. Click the PDF icon to download the required report.
Note: this option can be enabled or disabled by a school Hero Administrator from the Administration Menu > Options > What can parents see?
