Student pages can be sequenced to the order in which your school would like them to appear on the school report.
The new sequence will also apply to the order you view pages on the -
- Student menu
- Group menu (All Posts)
- Caregiver App menu
- Student App menu
Before you begin, ask yourself these questions -
- Do I want all pages in alphabetical order to make it easier to navigate when entering data?
- Do I want locked pages in alphabetical order at the beginning/end and open pages in order of priority?
- Do you want your goal subjects to appear on related pages (e.g. Reading page, Writing page) or as standalone subjects (not assigned to a page).
Note: Goals Subjects refer to Goals + Progress Statements and/or Charts (as applicable)
Remember that the changes you make affect the viewing order for all staff, students and caregivers (where applicable).

1. Navigate to the Administration menu > Pages
2. Click SORT PAGES. This will display a list of all pages with an associated drag tool.
