NSW Logging into Hero - Staff and Students

Note: If your school is not located in New South Wales, the following article will apply to you.  Logging in to Hero - information for staff

To log into Hero: 

1. Download the Hero by LINC-ED app from the app store 

Note: use the keywords Hero LINC-ED when searching for the app

 

Alternatively, open your browser and enter go.linc-ed.com

2.  Enter your staff or student email address. 

3.  Click NEXT. 

4. You will be directed to the Department of Education login screen.

5. Enter your Department email address or User ID, followed by your password and click ‘Log in’. You will see an option to stay signed in. If you or your students are using a shared device, we do not recommend you click ‘stay signed in’. Select Yes or No.

6. This will take you to your staff or student page.
