You can add a photo to your profile to personalise your Hero account.
TO ADD YOUR PROFILE PHOTO
1. Click on the kaleidoscope placeholder in the top right-hand side of your screen (if you already have a profile photo loaded this will show here).
2. Click EDIT PROFILE
2. Under CHANGE PROFILE IMAGE, Select CLICK HERE TO CHOOSE
3. Click to choose your image by browsing for a file stored on your device OR Drag and Drop a photo from your desktop or photo app onto the large kaleidoscope placeholder located to the left of your name.
Now you will see your image inserted:
AS AN ADMINISTRATOR, YOU CAN CHANGE THE PROFILE PHOTO OF ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER
1. In the Administration Menu click on Staff Members
2. To update or add a staff image, drag and drop a photo from your desktop or photo app onto the staff members profile tile.
You will now see the image inserted:
1. Click on the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top menu.
2. Enter the staff member's first name or last name in the search box.
3. Click on the staff member's profile
4. Drag a photo from your desktop or photo app onto the large kaleidoscope placeholder located to the left of their name.
You will now see the image inserted
