Sharing your Staff Page with Colleagues

In Hero, a staff member's staff pages are accessible by the staff member. However, Hero allows you to share your pages with selected colleagues. This will enable them to read your posts, comment on your posts, and record posts on your staff page. They will not be able to edit any content you have recorded.

TO SHARE YOUR STAFF PAGE WITH COLLEAGUES

1. Navigate to the quick links menu. This is the 3 horizontal lines icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen beside your teacher profile image

2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select the page you wish to record your post on

3 Click on the three dots menu to the right of the page title

4. Select Manage access

5. Click on the Enable access field and start typing the name of the staff member you want to give access to

6. You can give access to more than one staff member. Once you have selected the relevant staff members, click SAVE PERMISSIONS
