If a current student has an incorrect starting date, they must be reverted to pre-enrolled to allow the date to be edited.
REVERT A STUDENT TO PRE-ENROLLED
1. Find the student using the search tools available.
2. Click the pop up menu icon.
3. Click MANAGE & DOWNLOAD
4. Click MANAGE ENROLMENT
5. Click REVERT <Student Name> TO PRE-ENROLLED
6. A confirmation screen will be displayed. Enter the correct starting date in the Expected start date field and click REVERT TO PRE-ENROLLED.
7. Click ENROL <Student Name>
8. Click NEXT > NEXT > COMPLETE ENROLMENT
9. The student will now appear in Upload Arrivals to ENROL, but as they will have previously been uploaded to ENROL, they will need to be marked as already uploaded.
Select ENROLMENTS > UPLOAD ARRIVALS TO ENROL from the Administration Menu.
10. Select the student, and MARK AS ALREADY UPLOADED
Note: As the start date in Hero was originally incorrect, the start date in ENROL may also be incorrect. Log into ENROL to make any necessary adjustment to the start date there.
