Often you will need to use the same report over and over again with new data. When you have created a student or staff list using List Builder, you are able to save your selections for later use by using the bookmark function of your internet browser.
1. Go to List Builder and create a list with your desired selections
2. Click on the blue Create a List button
3. Create a bookmark of the URL for this page
e.g. in Google Chrome you will see a star at the end of the URL box at the top of your browser window. Clicking on this will bookmark your page.
4. Add to your Bookmark Tab, your Favourites or use the Bookmark Manager under your Google Chrome settings to create a new folder for Hero reports.
Whenever you go to your bookmark it will regenerate your report with up to date data.
Note: This will not save any filtering you have applied to your list.
