The most recent historical record on a left student from your school can be edited by a Hero Administrator to amend leaving dates and add or change the reasons for leaving.
EDITING LEAVING INFORMATION
1. Find the student record using one of the search tools available
2. Click on the three dots menu
3. Click MANAGE & DOWNLOAD
4. Click MANAGE ENROLMENT
5. Click EDIT next to the leaving information you wish to change
Note: you will only see this option for the most recent time this student attended and left your school
6. Make your changes to the information and click UPDATE to save
7. Click CLOSE
The window you will see at this step will in time be used to update Enrol with the different information. At this stage you will also need to manually check/update Enrol with any changes to your leavers' data.
8. Your student's leaving information will now have been changed.
