The following reports will provide change logs that can be used by schools for audit purposes.
CLASS ATTENDANCE AUDIT
This report is a check on the punctuality of attendance taking. It produces a list containing the date and time the roll was taken for each class within a selected time period.
1. Navigate to the Administration menu. If you have a wide-screen device this will already be visible on the left-hand side of your screen. If not, click on the Administration menu icon at the top left-hand side of your screen.
2. Under the heading Administration select Attendance
3. Select CLASS ATTENDANCE AUDIT
4. Select a Term or enter the Date range required.
5. Using the filters below the column headings, this report can be obtained class, period or user.
6. Use the buttons above the list to Download or Print the report.
CHANGE OF ATTENDANCE RECORD
This report provides a list of all changes made to attendance codes after the initial attendance has been taken. (Note: this report only shows when the initial attendance code has been replaced. It does not include changes relating to student movement). The report can be run for a Term or for a particular date range.
1. Click on the Quick Links icon (three lines) located on the right-hand side of the screen
2. Click on List Builder
3. Click on PRE-MADE LISTS
Note: You must have administration access to see the pre-made lists.
4. Select CHANGE OF ATTENDANCE RECORD
5. Select a Term or enter the Date range required.
6. Use the buttons above the list to Download or Print the report.
