To change the name, team or teachers for a class, use this process. If you wish to update the students assigned to a class refer to Adding and Removing Students from Classes
Important: Classes that have attendance against them (ie, part way through a year) should not be deleted. At the start of the year, when there is no attendance recorded for the classes it is OK to delete them. If you need to delete a class mid-year please contact Helpdesk.
TO EDIT CLASS DETAIL
1. In the Administration Menu under Students click on Classes
2. Click EDIT on the line of the class you wish to maintain.
3. Make the required adjustments and click SAVE CLASS.
