Students can only be in a single class. When you add an existing student to a class, they will be removed from their original class.
TO ADD A STUDENT TO A CLASS
1. In the Administration Menu under Students click on Classes
2. Click EDIT on the line of the class you wish to maintain.
3. Click STUDENTS
4. To add a student or students: Start typing their name and their profile will appear. Click to select.
Click SAVE CLASS.
5. To move multiple students from one class to another: Click PICK FROM A CLASS.
Select the class the students are in, tick the students you wish to add and click DONE.
6. To move multiple students from multiple classes: Click the class dropdown to select another class. Tick the students. Repeat until you have added all the students you require then click DONE.
Click SAVE CLASS
TO REMOVE A STUDENT FROM A CLASS
A student would not generally be removed from a class unless they are a pre-enrolled student. An enrolled student should be transferred to another class by adding them to the new class (as above). Unenrolling a student will remove them from the class automatically.
If you do need to remove a student from a class:
1. In the Administration Menu under Students click on Classes
2. Click EDIT on the line of the class you wish to maintain.
3. Click STUDENTS
4. Click the Remove icon to remove the student from the class list.
5. Click SAVE CLASS.
