Accessing Student Information

You can find information about any student at your school.

ACCESSING A STUDENT'S INFORMATION

On a student profile image, click the Information icon (i) on the bottom left corner of the image. 

On this page you can find out information about the student.

Key information is displayed at the top of the page. This includes critical medical information, access arrangement notes and the first contact name and phone number.  It also contains the attendance marks and notes for the current day to enable quick entry.

Click on MORE to see further medical and contact information

You can find out further information using the buttons to navigate between tabs

This includes all the student's personal detail, schooling history, contact details, permissions and Ministry fields.  

Note: Extra fields within these tabs can be added if necessary. Please contact the Helpdesk team
